RARE Reverend Unknown Hinson Signature GuitarBased on the Club King and then tricked out with custom features like the bass contour (probably my favorite feature), a slimmed down profile and bat inlays. The details and specs can still be found at Reverend's website, but they do not make this guitar any more. Great sound. Great feel (I like the slimmed down version of the Club King—very comfortable for me at 5'9" and 165 lbs.) Sounds bigger than it's 6.6 lbs. for sure, with a super fast neck. I found this to be a very versatile guitar. Here's what Reverend Says: Reverend has teamed up with Unknown Hinson, the self-proclaimed King of Country Western Troubadours, Billy Bob Thornton sideman, and underground guitar legend. We started with our Club King body, slimmed it down to 1-1/2″ thick, reduced the body shape about 10 percent, added a full length center block, and 24-3/4″ scale neck. The result is a thicker and more aggressive tone with increased clarity, for a versatile semi-hollow that can cover everything from authentic Country twang to Classic Rawk hippy mess. Unique features include: bat fretboard inlays, Hinson headstock logo and engraved pickguard.A Youtube search of "Reverend Unknown Hinson" will yield several videos of the man himself playing the guitar. (And a great demo of the guitar done by Stu D. Baker himself). You may never be able to play like the Squidbilly himself but you can get his guitar here. Originally sold for $1329. I'm no pro photographer but I shot without the flash in natural light with NO editing. (Sorry about the glare in some of those and YES, I did have a mat down under it on the hardwood.) Comes with a deluxe gig bag. Honestly, I hate to sell it, but it's time to buy a house. Thanks for looking and ask any questions you have.
