This didgeridoo is made from cypress that grew here in South Florida. Franszwa (Zwa) harvests only downed branches to make his beautiful didgeridoos.This didge is crafted using the split and bore technique (sandwich method).The mouthpiece, made by Jake Jones, is a beautiful 5 piece Brazilian brownheart and maple mouthpiece! No beeswax ever needed!This didge was beautifully painted by Franszwa himself!
The outside has been coated with a zero VOC epoxy resin showing the beautiful detail in the wood, and protecting its surface!To top it off, he applied two coats of carnauba paste wax (can be re-applied) for further surface protection and to give the didge a beautiful shine!This is a rip stick of a didge!! High backpressure, thick walls, and a lot of fun!!The thick walls emphasize the mid and high frequency ranges, but still allows for great bass frequencies!This is a perfect didge for anyone from beginners up to big collectors!Great fast percussive rhythms, but still allows for slow meditative drones!All vocals get chopped up very nicely in this high intensity bore! Bring out your vocal arsenal!!The trumpet notes are loud, warm, and easy to hit!!Very strong backpressure makes for pretty easy circular breathing, and easy intermediate to advanced techniques!!This is a thick walled, heavy duty didgeridoo, similar to traditional yidaki :)This didge is great for intermediate to advanced players, or maybe it's that unique addition to your collection that you've been waiting for!
This didgeridoo makes for a very attractive functional art piece! Great for home or office aesthetics, then take it out for a jam session! :)
