1959? could be '58 or '60 not sure, anyway, old Guild hollow body electric guitar model T-100, sometimes called "Slim Jim". Single p-90ish pickup sounds great, less hum than a Gibson, sweet articulate tone. Looks like changed tuners, yet the front grommets appear original. Tuners work great and smooth, stays in tune good. Rosewood bridge, nickel plated trapeze tailpiece with broken off strap button. Other strap button is missing, as is the pickguard. Nice one piece mahogany neck,
maple body with some flame, hard to photo. Very lightweight guitar. Binding is in good shape everywhere, original frets are still good, not much wear. No case but will ship in a cheap acoustic case. Has great resonance, good old wood. Original finish on neck and top of body is glossy and nice. Back of guitar seems unfinished or not as glossy, may have been darker once. Back of headstock is matt finish too, but no breaks or repairs, must have been part of the tuner replacement years ago, they look like early Schaller copies by Gotoh. Jack area is in great shape, no cracks or problems.
