Music Man Luke 3 HSSThis particular Music Man Luke III guitar features a highly versatile HSS Passive Dimarzio pickup set, and boasts a lush Bodhi Blue finish. Other features include a wonderfully tactile and carefully selected roasted maple neck, that has been hand rubbed and finished in gunstock oil. This guitar also comes equipped with low profile wide frets, a superb Music Man vintage influenced trem system, and it has been crafted in America using premium Alder for the body construction. This circuitry enables the player to select from an especially varied and wide ranging choice of tone settings. Combine this with a wonderfully intuitive and comfortable playing experience, and a first class selection of specifications and craftsmanship, and you start to get some idea just how good this guitar is. The Luke was designed by Grammy award winner Steve Lukather of Toto and the Music Man R&D team. This guitar body benefits from some carefully selected alder for superior resonance, the sleek body is sculpted to provide the utmost in balance and comfort. The oil-finished neck has a soft "V" shaped profile. The Luke is equipped with and Dimarzio Transition in the bridge position, 2 Dimarzio Custom single coils in the middle and neck position and a 5 way switch to cover a wide variety of tones.
