This is a custom ukulele that is just about two years old and is in excellent condition. It's original owner commissioned it from Rick Claffey of Claffey Guitars in Scotland. If you look at Rick's website, this is the ukulele featured throughout. It has a beautiful African Blackwood back with sapwood, sinker redwood top, curly Kota binding, slotted headstock, ebony fingerboard, Mi-Si under saddle pickup and a very unique offset sound hole due to the Kash bracing on the soundboard. If you know ukes or guitars, you know that these features would push this instrument into multiples of thousands. I am also including a very nice Cross Rock hard shell case, as pictured. It is in excellent condition; I am offering it at a ridiculously low price to move it quickly. It has been played, so you will find some scratches, small but not deep at all. There are scratches in the headstock area where the previous owner changed strings as well. With that being said, the scratches donm't show in the photos and it is a stunning instrument. I can only ship within the continental U.S. and do not accept returns.
