Less than 400 ever produced!I have sold over 2 dozen of these New Old Stock Telestars and every buyer has been very satisfied with their purchase.These guitars were inspired by the Danelectro made Silvertone amp-in-case guitars produced in the 1960's. Gibson R&D man, JT Riboloff was the design guru for these guitars and really created something special here! Read the online reviews! These guitars are souped up versions of the Danelectro reissues and were made in Korea back in 1998. These Telestar guitars are of much higher quality and construction using real metal parts and string through body construction. The lipstick pickups on this Telestar MONA rule!!!This is one of the very last of the New Old Stock Telestars that I have for sale. I have had almost 10% of the total Telestar production come through my possession at one time or another. I covet and play my personal Telestars and even took my Telestar LISA up to Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, Colorado for a demo. Check out "Telestar Red Rocks" on you tube to see mine in action.
The amp in case is very handy for busking and camping or back yard / front porch jams! It can run on 8 AA batteries (not included) and also comes with an AC Adapter. The case candy extras are:
Telestar Pitch Pipe, Telestar Picks, right angled instrument cable, and truss rod and bridge adjustment tools. Free shipping to Continental (lower 48 states) USA only. All other US locations will add $50 for shipping.
