Rare 2010 Roadworn Olympic white Strat. Last of the series one guitars which had the most relicing. (Fender stopped doing that as much as people were selling them on as Custom shop models!)The finish has yellowed and paint is crazed and worn in all the right places. It really is incredible. The plastics and hardware have the correct amount of aging and discolouration too unlike the later current satin finish model.The fingerboard is the right medium dark rosewood, not the anaemic current pale colour .I've had the new one and it plays and sounds thin, like a cheap Mex. This looks and feel right and the Tex Mex pickups sound ballsy and warm in this body.The previous owner went all out for a relic 1964 serial neck plate, which sets it off incredibly well. There is no fret wear to note, no crackles and the action is set correctly for the 7.25" radius neck.If you're not drooling already It also comes to you with a stunning vintage brown non-fender case that was £82.50 alone. NO SILLY OFFERS- THERE ARE CHEAPER ONES OUT THERE, BUT NOT THIS SPEC AND THESE ARE £1029 NEW WITHOUT A CASE!I am selling to obey her indoors under the one in-one out rule. You know how that is..Ideally I would prefer a b4n* tr4nsfer for obvious reasons so I can give you a better "result" that way, without "the man" getting his slice....Can be collected from Liverpool or will be delivered fully insured.I can meet you anywhere on the motorway network locally (M62/M56/M57 etc) within reason for fuel.Questions?: email or 07725 340 706
