Taylor 916ce Grand Symphony Acoustic-Electric Guitar w/ Case (2015) The lavish redesign of our most sophisticated class of rosewood guitars blends the same voicing enhancements first introduced on Taylor’s iconic 800 Series with a finely calibrated aesthetic makeover. The result is a luxurious look that delivers premium-grade tonal complexity. Impeccably rendered appointments strike an elegant balance between wood and abalone shell trim, with ebony binding and koa purfling framing colorful abalone. The contoured ebony armrest embodies the highest levels of woodworking, enhances the playing comfort, and bolsters the tonal output by reducing the damping effect one’s strumming arm might otherwise have on the top. The three-way harmony of looks, feel and sound makes any 900 Series guitar hard to put back in its case.   Features Body type: Grand Symphony

Condition: This is a used guitar that sounds and plays great. Fully functional and just recently received a new setup. It is all original other than two string pins on the bridge. The guitar has been well played and has several scrapes, scratches and deep strum marks and finish wear on the top. It also has a few minor finish cracks along the edge of the top. These are only in the finish and not the wood. We attempted to show this in the pictures but to be on the safe side expect more cosmetic wear than what can be seen in the pictures. The included hardshell case has some scuffs and tears in the tolex and it looks to have had some damaged hinges somewhat repaired but still functions fine. This would make a great players guitar.
