A spectacular 1981 Daion Savage guitar, that sounds as good as it looks and is quite an uncommon model. It sounds great, two super humbucker pickups that can be tapped with really hot outputs. Can play quite clean and sounds flexible, but really likes it cranked up, where it really comes into its own. Rosewood board, medium frets and brass saddles. Quite an unusual V-shape neck which is odd at first but becomes very comfortable to play. Straight neck and should have no problems being set up to your liking. Daions have a really good reputation among those in the know, for their innovative design, excellent electronic components and phenomenal manufacturing quality. In my research, I've heard it suggested several times that the expense and care that went into manufacturing was one reason why the company went under. There is some wear to the pickguard, as you'll see - the silver coating has worn in a few places. It's in pretty good shape otherwise, although has obviously been played a bit and could use a set up to your preferences. Will be couriered tracked and signed for - it may well be a little cheaper to where you live, so be in touch to confirm a price. Striking looks - I've played this at quite a few shows and it's always a talking point. Unfortunately, I've got more instruments than I need, so some guitars like this one need to find new homes.
