PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 48-inch full size acoustic-electric Sarod with twin piezo pickup for greater range. Can be played both as an acoustic and a semi-acoustic sarod - cum - lute. Uses standard amplifier jacks and cords. Rosewood body and goatskin head (tabli). 6-pegs configuration. Can be also provided in 8 pegs (Amjad Ali Khan / Akbar Ali Khan). Premium German Roslau electromagnetic steel strings and bone bridges. Sarod handbook in English, additional performance CD, jaba plectrum included. This is a custom-made piece and will require 20-30 days to produce. Ships in an ultra-safe reusable hard styrofoam box. Each piece is a handmade artisanale Sarod.
