This would make a great, quick, easy and relatively cheap conversion for your prewar tenor banjo. Neck is factory cut for a one piece flange. Please see the last picture for the difference between one and two piece flanges. Your pot assembly should appear as the first assembly pictured. Frets are basically in new condition. Dotson prewar reproduction 5th string pip is installed. Finish is a thinner satin style and some of the sanding could have been better but overall, it's a very nice neck, straight and with a working trussrod. I will supply a correct style truss rod cover as well. First uality Music Store part, finished by previous owner. Frets look basically new and neck appears to have had little play. Neck has a nice prewar V shape from frets 1-5. Custom built necks such as this run nearly and in some cases OVER $1K. This neck is in like new condition and has working trussrod. Simply fit to pot, install tuners and play.
