What makes this guitar special:  A true American beauty with a cool, well-played, vintage vibe.  The neck shows quite a bit of wear, but has a smooth, comfortable feel to it.  The Wide Range humbuckers sound fantastic with lots of depth & character to them.  Professionally set up & ready for action.Cosmetic Condition:  Good, honest play wear - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, weather checking & finish wear.  The pearloid pickguard has warped quite a bit & has some cracks in it.  The natural finish has aged nicely over the years & turned into more of a smoky, caramel color, especially on the front of the headstock.  However, there is no nicotine odor whatsoever on the guitar.  Overall it has a great look to it with a gorgeous patina.Neck:  Nicely rounded maple neck with skunk stripe & black dot inlays.  Original frets have been dressed.  They're fairly small, typical of the period, but still playable.  Bullet truss rod & double string trees.  F tuners are in good working condition.  1 9/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length.  Neck stamp reads 3 FEB 72 B.  Body:  Semi-hollow ash body in natural finish with single F-hole.  String-thru bridge with adjustable saddles.  3-ply pearloid pickguard.  Guitar weighs 6 lbs 14.1 oz.Pickups:  Fender Wide Range humbuckers.  Bridge - 10.39K ohms; Neck - 10.24K ohms.  Master volume & tone controls with knurled knobs; 3-way selector switch with black "top hat" cap.  Pots date to '72 & all electronics are in good working condition.Case:  Unoriginal G&G hardshell case included.
