This TEMPEST has been fully factory serviced and has the latest OS installed. Power Cable and USB included. Very minor scratch on top edge with is close to un noticeable. The only thing that came up in testing this unit is that if you hit pad 9 hard enough it might activate pad 1. (That is if hitting the pad extremely hard).
