I built this guitar to look and feel like an early fifties Telecaster.I have played many 50's Teles and felt all of the available reproductions (Custom shop, road worn etc) fell way short of what a real old Tele felt like.I sourced all the parts from all over the world and put the guitar together around 10 years ago.It feels great, plays like a dream and rings like a bell!The weight of the guitar is about seven and a half pounds.The bridge pickup is Tonemaster (not sure about neck pickup)The neck is allparts.Because the grain of the Ash body is so striking I finished it to show this off.
