This Legacy has excellent tone. It's clear, bright, full and very rich. It has plenty of Stevie Ray style snarl on it and the dual fulcrum vibrato unit opens up some serious doors for your playing. One of the best parts about these is the tone controls. Using G&L's "Passive Treble/Bass" or "PTB" system, you get one global volume, one glbal bass cut and one global treble cut. No more icy harsh high end from the bridge pickup on a G&L. Tame it right down with the PTB system. Item Details This 3 tone sunburst Legacy features a perfectly sculpted alder body that rings beautifully. The bolt on hard rock maple neck features G&L's #1 profile, C shape, rosewood fretboard with dot inlays, a 1 5/8" natural bone nut and a 25 1/12" scale length. The 22 medium jumbo nickel and Plek dressed frets ensure the best possible playing experience. The Dual-Fulcrum vibrato bridge lets you get your trem on no matter which way you swing - up or down. It's smooth either way and never throws you out of tune. Last but not least the CLF-100 Alnico single coil pickups sound amazing and are even further enhanced by the PTB ( Passive Treble Bass ) system. This lets you work with the tone of all three pickups to find your sound. This Legacy comes with a G&L black hard shell case.
