Olivia's Vintage would like to present this mid-1960's Hofner model 176 in its original Red finish. It has a great playing neck with good frets and a nice fat round neck profile. There is some minor fret buzz past the 14th fret. It's all original with the exception of the knob, the nut, one strap button, and some of the screws. It is also 100% complete with the exception of the mute pad and one screw. A gig bag is included. This vintage German made Hofner looks good with some nicks + dings, finish cracks, two chipped areas in the pickguard, some slight warping in the pickguard, and other cosmetic wear. The guitar itself is structurally sound. Some of the controls sound a bit scratchy, but all electronics work.
