However, In most cases if you buy a Digital Grand Piano from outside of the UK ( even though the seller claims to be in the UK ) and there is a fault or other warranty issue, YOU have to return the Piano in its original packaging to Europe yourself AND cover the cost of doing so. We are saddened to hear from people who have purchased poor quality copies, or faulty instruments from Europe only to find their warranty is not worth the email it was sent in!

1) Why are your Pianos less than half price? Because you are buying direct from Suzuki. (that's us!) So there is no retail mark up for you to pay. 2) Who are you? We are Suzuki Europe, the official distributor of Suzuki Musical Instruments for the UK. We are owned by Suzuki Corporation, Japan who are very proud to have attained precision quality certification ISO 9001. This level of certification is usually found only in the aerospace and high technology industries. Our customers in the UK should expect the same level of excellence as they would from our parent company in Japan.
3) Is there a guarantee? Absolutely. As the Pianos are being sold by us at Suzuki your guarantee is directly with us and not with a third party retailer. It is for a period of one year and covers parts & labour.
4) How easy is it to set up? Unless you plan to take the Piano up-stairs there is almost no lifting involved. the Piano is packaged in a way that two people can very easily manage the setup procedure. There are very clear instructions with the Piano.
5) When will the Piano be delivered? Once you have purchased the piano we will contact you to arrange a mutually agreeable day for delivery. Then we will talk to our specialist logistics company, who will deliver on the agreed day. We will ask them to call you prior to delivery.The Piano is delivered by a two person team to a room of yur choice.
6) I saw another Baby Grand Piano at a lower price then a Suzuki, should I buy it? As with most things in life there are "cheap and cheerful" versions of almost everything, but you normally get what you pay for. For instance some manufacturers will sell you a grand Piano with only two legs! or technology that belongs in the 90s. However in this case you are buying a high quality £3000 piano at trade price - or less. Suzuki Piano's are not 'cheap' they are 'excellent value'. note - PLEASE consider the hidden costs of buying a Grey import from Europe! (see our top question above)
6) I read that Suzuki also make Hammond Organs is this true? It is true, Hammond is known across the world for their sound and quality. Suzuki have been manufacturing Hammond organs since the 1980s in their own factories located in the USA and Japan. Suzuki also manufacture and sell Leslie speakers and are the worlds largest manufacturer of Educational Musical Instruments. Expect the same level of back up and after service from us as you would expect when purchasing a Hammond B3.COLLECTION & PAYMENT You will be purchasing DIRECT from Suzuki (that is us!).
