My head luthier goes over and fully sets up every instrument before display it or ship it. This includes any fret work needed including leveling and polishing the frets. The intonation is excellent. There is nothing worse than an instrument that goes out of tune with a high action or buzzing strings. It has a very close action without buzzing. On every solid wood instrument, we also include a minimum 72 hour ToneRite vibration treatment which is very important. Not only will your instrument sound better but the notes themselves will come easier, allowing you to play more difficult passages with less fatigue.
