Reverend Pete Anderson Eastsider T Prototype in Satin Tobacco finish with Mint Guard
Reverend teamed up with country/roots-rock guitar legend and Grammy winning artist/producer Pete Anderson to deliver this modern day classic. They took the vintage T platform that Pete has long been associated with, and customized it for you with player approved mods: chambered body, stainless steel saddles, compound radius fretboard (10 to 14). This one was ultra-hot-rodded with USA electronic components and hand wound pickups in my shop.   Features: New Genuine Kluson Double Line Tuners.
Custom Pickups: D’Urbano “Saturn” Tele  Handwound pickups replaced the stock weaker ones.  These are highly reviewed and hot Alnico V pa’s that were handwound in Australia.  More info here Joe Barden American Standard Tele Bridge with Three Brass Saddle replaced the import bridge - Awesome.
Korina Body: Korina (White Limba) is a medium-light weight wood, highly prized for consistency and tonal qualities. Often found in boutique and vintage instruments, Korina is a key factor to producing lively, responsive instruments rich in harmonics.  Chambered in upper body by Reverend to reduce weight and increase attack and resonance without neck dive.  1 11/16th Earvana Nut: Pete uses these on all his Telecasters - reduces friction, more importantly allows more precise intonation in the first 1/2 of the fretboard.
Neck: Maple, Satin Amber Finish with a R@sewood Board, refretted by Pete’s tech with Dunlop 6105 frets.
Controls: Volume, Tone with Jensen Paper in Oil (PIO) .022 Capacitor and Emerson Brass shaft 250K pots,  Three way genuine CTS USA made switch with NOS Dakaware Top Hat Switch Tip. Rewired with Gavitt push- back pre-tinned cloth wire.  USA Switchcraft Jack.
Fender 60th Anniversary Neckplate and genuine Fender Mint Pickguard.
Pete Anderson signature headstock w/ Reverend Prototype notation.
Strings: 10-46.  Truss Rod: Dual Action, Headstock Access.  Scale: 25-1/2".
Case: Generic Hard Case.   Near as the Reverend dealer I bought this from and the Reverend shop can tell this was one of the early prototypes Pete played while the commercial model was in development.  I bought it, ripped out the components that were substandard, rewired it, added the hand-wound pickups and gave it a top notch set up and USA components.  A few dings, nothing very visible.  Plays GREAT like a true tele lover would want! I built it to keep.  But downsizing is forcing me to sell some of my favorite pieces.   You'd look far to find a better Tele style guitar, or a better playing one. Here’s a video of Pete playing this guitar at NAMM
