Here I have available an early 1969 Gibson SG Standard complete with original case.Another from my collection of vintage instruments. Serial number 846420Unplayed for a decade or so, kept in storage.All original with the exception of two of the back plate screws.What can I say about these highly sort after vintage jaw droppers. They hit you right in the kisser.The non volute Neck is straight with no cracks, breaks, reset or repairs.Original Frets have a well over 80% life left. It has lived a sheltered life.Action is lickety lickety slick and quick, player comfort at it's best.The Patent Sticker T Top humbuckers are well balanced tone monsters. They will send your ears into orgasm.Vintage mahogany weighing in at 7.4 lbs which sings and sustains even unplugged.Cosmetically it presents well for a 48 year old classic and is in very clean condition. It has a few minor dings and dents and light buckle rash that has not penetrated the top lacquer. The hardware shows very little tarnish and gleams.It's original Red Felt lined case is in exceptional condition, all latches working and in tact. This vintage mama will not disappoint any new owner. It has been serviced and set up by my luthier and given the thumps up by a number of other professional musicians other than myself. No hidden issues.Free worldwide shipping.Questions answered ASAP.
