MODEL - GR520 GhostriderDESCRIPTION - This listing is for a 1994 Ibanez GR520 electric guitar from my personal collection. These were made only for a few years. Originally an LA custom shop item for endorsers(Shawn Lane, Alex Skolnick etc), Ibanez released them for the consumer level for a short time in the early-mid '90s. Very unique with the symmetrical body. Has a great LP like tone minus the weight and uncomfortability you traditionally find with LPs. Im only parting with it as I have more then a few already. Original MSRP with case was $929.90 in 1994.Contoured Alder body/maple top with mahogany neckFinished in vintage sunburstIBZ A3 Super '58 neck pickup, V2 bridge pickupGold plated hardware: Full Tune bridge & likely Gotoh tuners w/pearl buttonsSet up was done professionally by a Professional Luthier (formerly of Larivee Guitars)Scale Length - 24-3/4", frets show a little wear but function as intended
Includes original Ibanez hard casePHYSICAL/WORKING CONDITION - Good shape for an almost 25 year old guitar. Some light scuffs and swirls here and there(see last picture-might buff out). No gouges/paint chips etc. It has generally spent its time in the case while I've had it. Shipping is for continental North America-elsewhere i.e. Hawaii, UK etc I will do my best to get a quote for you. Shipping includes insurance and tracking.
