Up for sale is my GUILD X-170T “Manhattan” Hollow Body Electric Guitar. This is an unbelievable example of a really nice classic jazz guitar. It does not have a scratch on it and the only sign of use is just the lightest  tick marks on the pickguard. It is otherwise, perfect. I am the original owner and got it thinking I would start playing jazz and more refined music….well, that just never happened. I’m trying to de-clutter my home and selling some of my 14 guitars that I am not playing. I did have this professionally set up with La Bella Custom Medium Gauge Strings..12 to 52’s which are perfect for this guitar. The set up was done by Goez Instrument Service n St. Louis, MO. (I paid $140 for setup & the new strings) The guitar has been kept in a smoke free, climate controlled environment all the time I have owned it. It has never been on a gig, and mostly just looked at and admired. The Serial Number is AK 171453 and marked as Made in USA. According to Guild it was made in March of 2001. The finish is natural blonde and just downright beautiful. This has the Guild / Bigsby design, Vibrato Bridge which has a block underneath it and allows one to play this guitar quite loudly without feedback issues. The tuners are made by  Grover. All hardware is Gold finished. Except for new strings, this guitar is 100% Original and Un-modified in any respect. It comes with the Original Factory Case, Owner’s Manual / warranty booklet and a black web (no metal) strap, a spare 1(e) &2(b) strings, & case lock key. The hard-shell case is perfect inside and nearly perfect on the outside. There  are 2 small dings (about ¼”each ) in the top and side of case cover material. See photo for locations.
