For sale is a fine 18th century violin of unknown origin with a bodylenghts of 41,4 cm.The viola has several old reairs on the top, ribs and also a small repaired soundpost crack on the back which is the reason why I am selling it for less then the half of it´s value. The instrument is playable with an old set up and sounds phantastic, dark, powerful and very noble! A very beautiful piece in a rare size and age. Inside is a Carlo Tononi label.
