APX series which is not exaggeration to say that it is the representative series of Yamaha next to FG, L, LL series. In the latter half of the 1980s, in line with the Japanese snake meta movement, the demand for "eleaco" that could withstand use in the large acoustic band was rising, the Yamaha development team led by Mr. Terry Nakamoto was thin even with howling We will develop a CWE series with resistance and good handling. This series, including THE ALFEE, who received high praise for many professional artists, has developed to the APX series later and is still in lineup as a form of Yamaha's electric aleaco. This model is a 12-string specification model that was produced until 1987-94. Top sprays, side & back adopted gray solid Agathis. As for the pickup system as a kind of electric acoustic echoes of the time, it is equipped with a very innovative type capable of stereo output. It is a small and thin body that is specific to the APX series, realizing good handling with 12 strings. It will be useful as a 12-string guitar that you can play with ease even if you are a small person. It is clear and comfortable sound, it is easy to familiarize even with band ensemble, and it is highly practical model. The neck condition which is likely to be concerned about the 12-string guitar is good. The string height is also around 2.0 to 2.5 and proper value, incompleteness in performance is inconvenient. There is white turbidity of the paint on the head top, and the playing scratches by the pick is slightly seen on the body top, but the overall feeling of use is little. Precious original hard case is also attached.
