You are bidding on an Akai MPC 60 Sampling Drum Machine. This MPC is tested and working. Its been upgraded with every option available and is ready for many more years of great beats. The screen was upgraded to a modern LED that doesnt need an inverter, or backlight. Much brighter and sharper than the original! The memory is upgraded to the maximum 26.2 seconds sampling time. The latest version of the amazing Vimana 3.15 OS is installed via eprom. The OS gives all of the features of the MPC 3000, and much more. The floppy disk drive has been replaced with a modern Nalbantov floppy drive emulator that uses USB. An 8gb USB stick is included for a lifetime of sampling. The pads and buttons are all crisp, and inputs/outputs all work as they should. There is some light wear, and a small break in the rear corner plastic side panel. Overall excellent condition for a sampler from 1988! This is the MPC that started it all! Big FAT 12bit goodness! Your drums will thank you! All of the upgrades have been performed for you!
