With the addition of the nickel pick up covers, this guitar has a refined yet understated look and appeal. This guitar is starting to show some very minor signs of use, as it has been the primary Knaggs guitar we use in the shop to showcase their amazing build quality. A semi hollow is much more difficult and time consuming to build, so this guitar was perfect for showing every detail of craftsmanship, including the very clean work on the inside of the guitar.The wear is very minor, but it is enough to stop me from getting full price on this guitar. The nickel hardware has oxidized some. Not badly, but it is visible. There is a small mark on the back of the guitar, a little larger than the size of a pinhead, that is rough feeling. It is not a ding. It just feels rough. I tried to polish it out and it helped some, and now there are light polishing swirls in that area. I tried to photograph it, but it wouldn't show up. What you see in the pic is a streak of reflection. On the front of the guitar, there is a pinhead size ding below the bridge along with some very small, very shallow scratches. The case also shows minor wear on the exterior of the case. It's the cost of doing business.
