Estimated price for orientation: 900 $
Category: Guitar Amplifiers

Description Brand: Standel Country/Region of Manufacture: United States Model: S110B Amplifier Technology: Solid State
VIntage Standel Imperial Bass Amplifier Model S110B equipped with JBL D131F 12" speakers with consecutive serial #'s, 1481 & 1483. Amplifier has lots of volume and sounds really great - especially for flat wound bass strings (I never tried round wounds). Note amp has a low level hum/white noise that one may or may not wish to have serviced - I've been satisfied with the way it is. Note some of the circuitry is encapsulated in resin (see third to last photo).Visit my other auctions for more cool vintage audio items like a mid 60's Hofner Club bass that sounds really good with this setup.Cosmetic issues involve some tiny dents on back panel near the serial number area (see second to last photo). Amp/speaker cabinet are clean but there are signs of wear on this relic from the early 60's - I'm guessing. The usual wear marks like scratches and marks/stains on the tolex and speaker grill - pretty subtle though. Faceplate lettering for "on" positions is wearing off.Buyer has 14 days to ask for a refund should there be any issue I failed to mention. Note buyer pays the return shipping in such a case.Shipping will be done through FEDEX Ground/Home Delivery. I'm hoping I can combine both amp and speaker bottom into the same package but they may need to be separated. You will not have to pay more than the shipping amount on this site shows but should it end up being too much, I will refund the difference to you. Feel free to send me your questions. Thanks!
