Wm. S. Haynes Wood Piccolo. Key of Db. Vintage 1910 Piccolo.Up for offers is this William S. Haynes wood piccolo, serial #1673, made in Boston, Massachusets in 1910.  The piccolo is made of Grenadilla wood, with silver keys.  The head joint is  also made of grenadilla with silver rings and a double socket tenon design for an airtight fit.  This instrument is in fair condition.  Pads are a mix of old and newer and seem to be seating.  Corks and springs are fine, and the mechanism works smoothly.  There are no cracks in either the head joint or the body.  It plays fine as is, but you may want to have your tech go over it to set it up to your specs.  This piccolo is keyed in Db.Serious offers only, please.
