I got this from Moses with Fretless and Titanium truss option.Installed four inserts for my the original five bolts Steinberger body.And I installed a stainless steel frets on the fretboard. After that never used it. If you want to install to your five bolts body,The top middle bolt should be left with empty.I didn't install the insert for it. Because of the truss.
