It's got the classic Del Rey Monkees-esque striped brushed metal pickguard, the Teisco three-plus-one tuner configuration and a zero fret. This bass has two sensitive electro-magnetic pickups, two Volume & Tone controls and two stand-by switches. The playability of this bass is great - you've got a shorter 30" scale and a slightly chunky C shape neck. Simply put, it's a clean bass that sounds good and has become incredibly hard to find. Teisco was a Japanese budget brand and their guitars & basses have become quite sought-after as collectibles in the last few years. As you can see, the bass sports some dings and a few scratches, and we've found this common with the few remaining models that were left, as these used to be discarded or abused. This bass comes with a gig bag. It has it's typical knicks and knacks as all Teisco/Silvertones have. This guitar weights 7lbs 6oz.In our 30+ years of business, Customer Service has always been of the utmost importance to us. Every call, email and inquiry will be answered.
