Description

’51 National Grand Console Double 8All electronics work and the pickups are loud and clear.  This has a screw on connector and comes with a cable.  This guitar sounds great at all tone settings. Some tuners have been changed, with one tuning cover having been slightly modified. Everything functions well. One of the plastic pickup covers has cracks but seems to have been well repaired by a previous owner.  Two of the knobs that hold the covers in place are missing, but the covers stay put with single knobs. Anyway, a lot of players remove the covers for right hand blocking, picking close to the bridge, etc.One of the screw on knobs that hold one of the headstock covers in place is missing. Again, it seems redundant, the covers stay with single knobs. The fretboard graphics look great and have always been one of my favorite designs. The case has some splits, but works to keep the guitar secure.
