This sale includes everything you need to be performance ready with a genuine Hammond Drawbar Organ, and not have to carry along another keyboard for piano and other keyboard sounds. Everything is in great working order and sounds like you'd expect a Hammond to sound and play, superb! The QSC is capable of handling the lower frequencies that the keyboard is capable of making and has plenty of reserve power to handle small to medium size venues, especially if it is input into the sound system. Then it makes for a very faithful and clean monitoring system. The drawbars, harmonics, vibrato, Leslie Simulator, onboard overdrive, and programmable keyclick generator make it possible to replicate a traditional mechanical Hammond B-3 that has to be heard to be believed. I use a standard Leslie in some situations, and the Leslie simulator in this series of keyboards is as good or better than any I've ever heard. It's hard to tell the difference between it and a standard Leslie. And, the keyboard only weighs 27 pounds and there is no 110 lb. Leslie to manhandle! Now that's something we're all glad to hear!The dilemma in designing a keyboard with both faithful and accurate Hammond Organ and Grand Piano voices lies in the keyboard itself. It seems destined for compromise-should it be organ-like, or weighted? Hammond has the answer in the unique keyboard 88 note Fatar keyboard onboard the Sk1-88, which is light enough for an Organist's comfort, yet has the "heft" to satisfy any Piano Player. The Sk1-88 also automatically adjusts the "depth" of key contact making all playing comfortable The Keys are also shaped to allow traditional Hammond "moves" like sweep and glissando.
