Vintage 1960's Kay Van Guard Double Pickup Electric Guitar. A great playing and sounding vintage guitar with tons of vibe for a nice price.Has a nice chunky neck that comfortably fills up your palm. It appears to have had a recent refret with larger fret so it is playing particularly well for one of these. Has a very smooth and tight feel throughout. Original DeArmond pickups sound fantastic. They are super warm, balanced and clear. The neck pickup has a deep, woody punch, and the bridge a glassy jangly tone.Excellent condition with signs of normal, honest cosmetic wear that in out opinion give this one some excellent vibe. You can tell this one has been played a lot over the years, which is probably why it feels and sounds so good.Comes in a gig bag.Guitar is exactly as pictured.
