This is a demo model Fender guitar that is currently on display at Cream City Music. The guitar is in nearly mint condition but does show evidence of being carefully handled and played a few times in our showroom. The guitar will ship as shown with full warranty and all the original factory documentation and packaging. We are authorized to give a great deal on our demo model Fender guitars! After its introduction as the Broadcaster in 1950, and a brief stint as the Nocaster until early the following year, the Fender Telecaster finally settled on its current name in late 1951, cementing the beginning of a legendary ascent to the pinnacle of solid body guitars. This classic guitar lives on in many forms, but Fender has set the benchmark for affordable solid-bodies with the Standard Telecaster.Built with an alder body, this timeless guitar comes with two Blacktop open-coil humbucking pickups that deliver the distinctive Tele twang with the help of a 3-way switch and master volume and tone controls. Coil splitting is an option as well, thanks to a push-pull switch located in the tone knob. This Tele HH also features a comfortable modern “C” shape maple neck, medium jumbo frets, and a 6-saddle, strings-through-body bridge.
