At the time of the announcement, Stratocaster, who gave birth in 1954, was specified as a maple 1 piece neck in Ash body. And around the 1960s Alder Body, in 1955 around the adoption of the rosewood fretboard and various changes in specifications, this 60 year style was born.
This model was made in 1960 specification after adopting rosewood fretboard. It is a short-term production from 1952 to 1962 and is a very popular slab rose specification in the vintage market. Rosewood and neck adhering surface is flat, rosewood mass is large, mild and heavy sound is characterized. For the body material, carefully selected alder material is used for the body, and the gloss finish finished with nitrocellulose lacquer of a thin coating film. The natural sound that is unique to the NOS model is the perfect tone for rock. Neck is a 60s C shape with a thin neck grip. Neck of a compact impression when thin when grasping. Clay dots and fine vintage specs can not be overlooked in the position mark.
In recent years it is not an exaggeration to say that it is a basic specification, the finger board Radius 9.5 R, the fret is a modern spec equipped with mid jumbo frets. Excellent playability, even when choking with the string height lower than usual, will reduce sound clogging.
The neck grip finish pursues the beauty of looks by adopting rare gloss finish in recent years. Mount the 3-ply mint green guard that creates a peculiar atmosphere at this time in the pick guard, pick up cover and knobs use Ajido white parts. All of the original pegs are short-post locking pegs, but this is replaced with gold's non-locking pegs. By making the knob a part button it was finished in looks of luxury. * Because there are marks of the original peg depending on the shape of the peg body, please be forewarned. NOS model gloss (finish) finish is hard painting, sound highlighter is emphasized. Even better compared to the relic model from clear sound, high gain is also compatible for use with high gain. The pickup has three custom shop Fat 50s single coils. Unlike the impression of the American Standard Series, it produces a thick Fat sound in the middle low range.
The lever switch employs a modern 5way lever. Half tone sound becomes modern specification which can be used without remodeling, and middle pickup is reverse winding reverse magnetic pole, so hum is canceled at half tone and noise is reduced.
