This example is no exception and is literally a work of art that you can play and enjoy. I had the pleasure of being able to select the back and sides from Otto's large selection of Brazilian rosewood sets and the guitar turned out fantastic. Otto's guitars have been used by great players like Denis Azabagic, Sanel Redzic, and Tariq Harb just to name a few. Search for them on YouTube. The guitar is in mint condition.Otto uses traditional construction techniques and employs some unique features into his concert guitars. For example, the headstock is designed after the shape of the building that houses his workshop and the rosette uses a motif found in the flag for the city of Amsterdam. The shellac finish, using the traditional French polish method, adds a beautiful luster to the finished instrument and really brings out the natural beauty of the Brazilian rosewood.
