This is the best, most ornate guitar Xaviere (now Xavier) ever built. They made a series of several different configurations of shell tops, and this is one of them, the XV-1000 model. The top is all hand inlayed, with an interior of silverlip and a lining of abalone. I took close ups to give an idea of how each look up close (was a bit dark at the time though.)NONE OF THESE HAVE BEEN SOLD ON EBAY SINCE 2012 (best as I can tell.) IF YOU ARE INTERESTED and do NOT buy, you may wait another FOUR YEARS for your chance.These early Xaviere's were straight up Zemaitis clones, and if you look for Zemaitis shelltops, you know they run 10-15K for the Japanese ones (to say nothing of original Zemaitises, Zemaitaii?)Mint condition 9.5/10 if not 10/10 shape.These were made in a Korean custom shop with Xaviere custom specs. The body is a boutique type of Japanese Hog (for some reason when I spell out "Ma Hog Any" time it won't let me list for intl sale...) Two GFS Fat PAF pickups with coil tap.Though I found it too pretty to play much, it looks built like a real warhorse of a guitar.
