This is for one vintage Ibanez TS-808 Tube Screamer with the R trademark logo. There is no nut on the power jack. It dates to either 1980 or 1981. The chip is the JRC-4558D 0669. It has typical cosmetic wear for a vintage Tube Screamer, but of course, nothing that affects the functionality of the unit. These things are built like a tank. I have owned this unit for around 12 years. No cables or batteries are included.
