If you have never heard of Warrior Custom guitars time to do some research. You just will not find a higher quality guitar made today. Aged woods, some 150 years, the finest craftsmanship and components. It’s no surprise that they retail for so much as they are hand built one at a time. This Dran Michael retailed new for $5900. Like all Warriors it’s a specific model but is a bit customized to its ordering owners taste. As the included paperwork will verify, this beauty is a DM 100. That means Dran Michael number 100. It was made in May of 2010. She has been babied this guitar since purchasing it with use only in my non-smoking home studio or at church on a given Sunday morning. It shows very minor signs of use with no damage whatsoever, just a little worming on the back you have to hold at certain angles in light to see. Zoom in on the pictures and see for yourself. It is just a work of art. Beyond just its looks, is its playability and tone. It is just unparalleled. The body is aged mahogany, with an absolutely gorgeous maple top. The neck is mahogany with purple-heart tone bar which is a Warrior thing. The fretboard is ebony. The inlay on the fretboard is flame Koa blocks, which is fairly unique and definitely gorgeous. The headstock is Gaboon ebony. The Pickups are a Seymour Duncan 59 and a S.D. Custom. She sports black hardware (bridge, knobs and locking tuners) and a bone nut. It was custom made for Dunlop strap locks (inset into the guitar) that are included in this auction. This guitar is just killer. It's a light weight beast. As another description states, "It will eat your LP for lunch." It comes with its original case and full paperwork/warranty through Warrior.
