The one, the only, the Elite Stratocaster. Built in the early 80s these guitars had some appointments similar to a normal Strat as well as some appointments that catered to the rockers from the era. This 83 Elite is overall in great shape and sounds fabulous. Great playability up and down the neck. Cool Strat! 1966 / 1969 Fender Stratocaster in its beautiful and original faded Candy Apple Red finish. Big headstock, F serial plate, 66 neck profile, Kluson double line tuners, pearl fingerboard dots. Neck is stamped 13OCT66B and the serial dates this guitar is 1966, however strangely the pickups, pots, and wiring all date to 1969 with visible pot codes reading 1376932. It is not completely out of question that this is a factory mash-up and it left Fender at the tail end of 1969 but we believe the pickups and pots were more than likely replaced later on. Pro setup in house and plays great! This clean Strat comes complete with its original hardshell case, tremolo arm, and bridge cover. The one, the only, the Elite Stratocaster.
