This drum looks to have very complex workings for its period and I can't tell if they work as they should etc. I am not going to try anything out or attempt top clean it. I see that one lever is missing. I can't imagine that a replacement would be available. From the photos you can see the condition and its going to need a degree of restoration. Sold, with no return, Viewing before purchasing in Dorset is fine....
