Up for sale is a SUPER RARE - only 1000 made during 1979 - 1980 - Vintage Gibson USA GK-55 Les Paul Style Electric Guitar with Nice Tweed Case! Looks, Sounds, and Plays Great! Has a few dings as expected for a guitar of this age, and of course, the usual failure of Gibson guitars - a repaired headstock break, which appears to be very well done, and done some time ago. The tweed case is very nice, made in Canada, around 1991.
Has a little scratchy pots, etc, again, to be expected of this age,but no big deal. Has a bolt-on neck, and awesome, SUPER HOT "Cream PAF" humbucker pickups. These are super rare! The GK-55 stands for Gibson-Kalamazoo (built at the Kalamazoo factory), based on the 1955 Les Paul model.
