For sale is an awesome and rare Gibons ES 137 Custom. It's an incredible player, perfectly set up with low action 10's. This is a very unique model with a mahogany center block, varitone switch and very nice looking binding and gold hardware. To me it's pretty without being TOO pretty. This comes with the OHSC (excellent-NM condition), COA and case candy.The guitar is in overall very good condition. Blemish wise, here's everything I can find--full disclosure! No fret wear that I can see. There are a couple of spots where there is light checking (very common for this type of Gibson finish) and doesn't detract from the looks at all. There are two small scuffs on the lower bout of the front of the guitar, but you would not see them if you aren't looking for them. There is a small indentation on one side of the binding. There are are also a few dings here and there, but nothing major. I tried to picture literally every blemish on this guitar just to be safe--as you can see from the pictures, it's a looker.Based on the other prices for ES 137 Custom's online (mine is the lowest of any I've seen posted), and given that it's in the very rare Candy Apple Red finish I think it's a fair price but feel free to convince me otherwise--open to negotiate if you can show me why this is too high. I am open to trades, so let me know what you have. Slight discount for local pickup. I will ship internationally but it will be expensive.
