I bought this guitar a few months ago from Gibson Europe. I had it professionally set up by Stephen Lally, who was the luthier at A1 Music in Manchester a few years ago. The intention was to use it for an ongoing band re-union. However, ill health and general old age has meant that we have had to abandon the project and I am therefore selling some of my equipment, including this guitar.I have played it at home only a few times and am very impressed with its versatility and ease of playability. The 2016 version has the Gibson Burstbucker pick ups and these are an amazing upgrade on other Studio models. I would prefer cash on collection. That way you can try it out beforehand as I have my amp and other stuff set up at home. If not, I can arrange fro delivery by UPS. I kept all the original p[ackaging, so it will come in a Gibson logo delivery box with protective inserts. The item will also be insured for its full value, i.e. £650, just in case. I am prepared to subsidise the delivery cost by charging just £10 for delivery to the UK mainland.I hope that the description above, from the Gibson website will give you enough information to make your decision, however, you can hear and see demonstration by checking out YouTube, especially the Anderton`s review. Please direct any questions via the usual eBay method and I will answer them promptly.
