This Wooden Yamaha YCL-400 Advantage Bb Clarinet is in Excellent condition with fresh new pads and beautiful silver plated keywork! This instrument was made in Japan and is a fabulous Intermediate-level wood clarinet to step up to. The YCL-400 is the current upgraded intermediate model Yamaha Clarinet that was marketed for rental instruments, but is very similar in construction to the YCL-450. Yamaha instruments are widely regarded as some of the best instruments available because of their high quality and consistancy. This particular instrument is in excellent condition. There are a some scratches on the instrument body, the logos are starting to show wear, but are still visible. See the photos below to get a better idea of the cosmetic condition of the instrument. We overhaul all our instruments to make sure they play perfectly. The case is in nice condition and is quite sturdy. The case has normal, light wear and tear is present: a few scuffs along the edges and logo, but in nice condition overall. In addition to the Clarinet, case, and mouthpiece, you will receive a new reed, tube of cork grease, and swab: everything you need to get started and take good care of your new instrument for years to come!
