So for being such a rare collectors piece, this is definitely a players guitar. The original owner used it as his main gigging guitar for 5 years. It shows wear, buckle rash, small chips along the edge of the body and such... there's also a dreaded headstock repair. Although the damage was bad the repair was done very nice and the repair feels very smooth. Very sturdy. The guitar keeps in tune nicely, plays and sounds top notch. The pickups are the stock 490/498 and sound GREAT! I've seen this guitar sell as high as $1750 not too long ago, averaging $1400-$1600 sold. I feel the pricing is decent although it is negotiable. I won't respond to an offer under $500, I have a standing offer locally for that. Open to trades or partial trade.
