All 5 original mounting screws includedFender made these from a single sheet of flexible ABS plastic (not bakelite as some think) - this one is in fantastic shape with Normal signs of use, but NO abuse... NO Cracks NO splits NO repairs
There is a small amount of clear lacquer that has dried along the edges
VERY easily removed with nothing more than your fingernail
