This is a rare opportunity to acquire a lovely WEM Watkins Custom 15 1960's Combo Amplifier. Manufactured by Watkins 'WEM' of London. This amplifier incorporates: 3x ECC83
2x EL84
x1 EZ81 The unit produces a stunningly beautiful sound through the original Elac 10" Speaker. It produces a lovely warm, rich tone and a lush creamy Tremolo, that sounds simply heavenly. The unit has 4 inputs, with volume, tone, speed, and depth controls, and comes with original foot pedal. There is slight wear to the corners of the leatherette fabric, and a small split to the speaker grill that is hardly visible but apart from that the cabinet is in excellent condition. The amp is in full working order with no problems. But may benefit from replacement of the valves at some point as it looks like all but 1 are possibly the original mulards. This is a rare opportunity to acquire this stunning sounding amplifier that is absolutely beautiful when either miked up to record in a studio setting, or live.
