We suspect it may have been played for a few brief demos. We grade it a 9.9 out of 10 for appearance.A Brief history in regards to this guitar. This guitar was originally owned by our dear long time friend/client Willie Basse. We have had several of his items that sold previously which included custom designed Moog Audio Interfaces, microphones, guitars & other electronical devices. Now we have this beautiful piece custom designed straight from Fender for Willie Basse himself. Upon first inspection of the guitar you can already tell it is a beautiful piece & is in Mint Condition. The Neck itself doesnt even look touched with the new lacquer over the wood. The Pick guard has a beautiful shine to it that just pops out when light strikes it. From the looks of it the body was repainted maybe originally yellow in color but now it is a nice soft which makes the wood strains pop out more. The Bridge is a Badass Bass II.This Fender has been kept as part of a larger collection, not played, and de-tuned to relieve neck pressure. There is zero twisting or warping to the neck, our guitar tech inspected the guitar and decided it did not need a setup. While in storage, the guitar has been kept de-tuned to reduce the ft/lb pressure on the neck while still keeping appropriate tension so that no truss adjustment is needed.This guitar has been stored indoors, in a temperature controlled environment, kept out of heat and sunlight, in a smoke/pet free facility. All the electricals work without issues, and there are no damages of any sort.
