Up for your consideration is a 1989 Gibson SG special in original Ferrari Red. The guitar is in great shape for its age and does not have major flaws that need repairs, no breaks. The frets are still in great shape. The paint does have some cool checking starting to show which gives vintage guitars mojo in my opinion. The only flaw if any would be one of the turn knobs is missing so I bought an authentic Gibson replacement but it seems to be a bit too big so its loose.
